American stage and silent-film star. Born Feb 22, 1865, in St. Louis, MO; died Jan 27, 1952, in New York, NY; m. Joseph Lewis (div.); m. John W. Dean.

Made NY debut in Pippino (1890), followed by Adonis, The Charity Ball, The New Lady Bantock, The Spendthrift and Madam President, among others; starred in films for Lasky, including The Cheat, The Marriage of Kitty, Tennessee's Pardner, Common Clay, The Yellow Ticket and Innocent.
