American scientist and explorer. Name variations: Jenny Darlington. Born c. 1925 in US; m. Harry Darlington.
Accompanied husband to Antarctica on Port of Beaumont and became one of 1st two women (with Edith Ronne) to set foot there (1947); with Ronne, became one of the 1st two women to overwinter in Antarctica.
