African-American basketball player. Born July 21, 1979, in Stratford, New Jersey; attended University of Tennessee.
Forward, was the 2nd Lady Vol to score 2,000+ points and pull down 1,000 rebounds; won team World championship (2002); won a team gold medal at Athens Olympics (2004); in WNBA, played for Indiana Fever. Received an ESPY award as College Player of the Year (2000); named WNBA Rookie of the Year (2002).
