Career:

Producer and writer. O'Melveny and Myers, Los Angeles, CA, entertainment lawyer, 1966–74, then executive vice president, 1975; Quinn Martin Productions, Los Angeles, president and chief operating officer, 1976–82; Schaefer/Karpf Productions, Studio City, CA (later moved to Toluca Lake, CA), partner, 1982—. Editor of UCLA Law Review during law school at University of California, Los Angeles. Military service: U.S. Air Force National Guard, 1957–62.
