CentraState Associated Auxiliaries Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarship assistance to a deserving student who wants to pursue the health care field. Focus: Health care services. Qualif.: Applicant must be a student or adult who lives and volunteers in the CentraState service area; must be pursuing a career in the health care field. Criteria: Recipient will be selected based on the criteria of the Scholarship Selection Committee.

Funds Avail.: $500. Number Awarded: 3. To Apply: Applicant must submit the application form along with transcript, two letters of recommendation, and complete essay requirements to Mrs. Valerie MacPhee, PO Box 32, Perrineville, NJ 08535. Deadline: April 25.

CentraState Band Aid Open Committee Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide scholarship assistance to a graduating high school senior who attends the Freehold Regional High School District's Medical Science Program. Focus: Health sciences. Qualif.: Applicant must be planning to pursue a career in the health profession; must be a student enrolled in the Medical Sciences Program in the Freehold Regional High School District. Criteria: Recipient will be selected based on the criteria of the CentraState Healthcare Foundation Scholarship Committee.

Funds Avail.: $2,000. To Apply: Applicant must submit a current transcript, letters of recommendation from two teachers and/or counselors and the completed essay requirements. Scholarship application form may be obtained from Dr. Nicholas Mennuti at the school or from CentraState Healthcare Foundation Office by calling 732-294-7030. Purpose: To provide scholarship assistance to a deserving student who wants to pursue the healthcare field. Focus: Health care services. Qualif.: Applicant must be a graduating student who has chosen to pursue a career in the health profession. Criteria: The Scholarship Selection Committee will review scholarship application.
