Made film debut as Jean MacDonald in Kidnapped (1938), followed by Young Mr. Lincoln, Charley's Aunt (as Kitty), Stage Door Canteen, Suddenly It's Spring, Passage West, Never Wave at a WAC, The Sun Shines Bright, The Women of Pitcairn Island and Raiders of Old California, among others.
