Australian track-and-field athlete. Name variations: Pam Kilborn Ryan or Kilborn-Ryan; Pam Ryan. Born Aug 12, 1939, in Melbourne, Australia.

Won gold medals at Commonwealth Games for 80-meter hurdles (1962, 1966), long jump (1962), and 4 × 10-meter relay (1966, 1970), 100-meter hurdles (1970); was the 1st woman to win 3 indiv. national titles in same year, winning hurdles, long jump, and pentathlon (1963); won a bronze medal at Tokyo Olympics (1964) and a silver medal at Mexico City Olympics (1968), both for 80-meter hurdles.
