American playwright and novelist. Born Sept 26, 1871, in Shakopee, Minnesota; died Mar 7, 1951, in Los Angeles, California; m. Richard Walton Tully (div.); m. Frederick Ferdinand Moore.

Plays include We are Seven, Apron Strings, The Darling of the World, Out of the West and Poor Little Rich Girl (which was filmed with Mary Pickford [1917] and Shirley Temple Black [1936]); also wrote several novels.
