Queen of Bohemia. Name variations: Cunigunda; Kunegund of Staufen; Cunigunde von Hohenstaufen. Flourished around 1215 to 1230; daughter of Philip of Hohenstaufen also known as Philip of Swabia (c. 1176–1208), Holy Roman emperor (r. 1198–1208), and probably Irene Angela of Byzantium (d. 1208); sister of Beatrice of Swabia (1198–1235) and Marie of Swabia (c. 1201–1235); married Wenzel also known as Wenceslas I (1205–1253), king of Bohemia (r. 1230–1253); children: Otakar or Ottokar II (c. 1230–1278), king of Bohemia (r. 1253–1278), duke of Austria and Styria (r. 1252–1276).
