English actress and music-hall star. Born July 16, 1862, in London, England; died Jan 1, 1953.

Made London stage debut as Dandini in Cinderella (1878); other plays include The Vicar of Wakefield, Miss Esmeralda, Little Bo-Peep, A Royal Star, The Medal and the Maid, The Arcadians and The Rebel Maid; toured with The Telephone Girl (1897–1900), and with Robert Courtneidge (1903–05).
