Trimārga (Skt., ‘three ways’). The three major ways through which Hindus can approach mokṣa (release). They are karma-mārga (the way of action, especially of sacrificial ritual), jñāna-mārga (the way of knowledge, especially associated with Upaniṣads and Vedānta), and bhakti-mārga (the way of devotion to God).
