Full name, Anthony Declan James Slattery; born November 9, 1959, in London, England; son of Michael and Margaret Slattery. Education: Studied medieval and modern languages at Cambridge University. Avocational Interests: Psychopharmacology, the wines of Alsace, designing ouija boards.
