Description:

Independent United Methodist, 4-year, coed. Awards bachelor's and master's degrees. Founded 1869. Setting: 32-acre small town campus with easy access to Columbia. Endowment: $13.4 million. Educational spending 2003-04: $4266 per student. Total enrollment: 1,814. Faculty: 121 (93 full-time, 28 part-time).
