Aplastic, Anemia and Myelosdysplasia Scholarships (Graduate/Scholarship)
Purpose: To support students who want to pursue their education. Focus: Hematology; Oncology. Qualif.: Applicants must be nurses who will be focusing their research in the field of hematology or oncology; must be willing to increase awareness of Aplastic, Anemia and Myelodyspla-sia issues by presenting to colleagues or sitting on the Board of the Association; must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident status; must be studying in Canada; must be RNs enrolled in a Masters program in a health related field; must be non-nurses who hold a degree in a health-related field and are in a nursing-related program, which will qualify them as RNs at the Master's level; must be full-time or part-time students, but part-time students must be taking a minimum of 2 courses each semester. Criteria: Preference will be given to CANO members.
