Lassus, Bernard (1929– ). French landscape-architect. He designed the Parc de la Corderie Royale, Rochefort-sur-Mer, Charente (1982–96), a theme park contiguous to a former naval arsenal. He carried out landscaping works on the French motorways (e.g. Angers–Tours (1990s)). Interested in meaning and association, he has taken some C18 ideas into C20, publishing Jardins imaginaires (1977) and other works.
