Xerox Parc's Colab
XEROX PARC'S COLAB
Short for "collaboration laboratory," the CoLab project was conducted at Xerox PARC between 1987 and 1992. In part, the project evaluated the difference between meetings held without computer technology and those held with high tech tools available. CoLab offered each participant a computer and included a main electronic white board on which notes, diagrams, and discussion ideas could be displayed.
