I wish to show how literature is itself a construction, to which librarians contribute. I enjoy working with a diversity of projects, from book reviews to monographs. I will always be an old English teacher, editing my own work and my students's work. I am also a poet, which matters to my sense of image and story. My favorite poet is Mary Oliver, and I named my daughter after Emily Dickinson."
