Kovařiček, Františele
Kovařiček, Františele, Czech composer; b. Liteniny, May 17, 1924. He studied with Hlobil at the Prague Cons. and with Řidký at the Prague Academy of Music, graduating in 1952. He was music director of the Czech Radio in Prague (1953–58). From 1966 to 1985 he taught at the Prague Cons., and from 1990 to 1991 was its director.
