Guyonnet, Jacques

Guyonnet, Jacques, Swiss composer; b. Geneva, March 20, 1933. He studied at the Geneva Cons. (1950-58) and had courses in new music with Boulez at the summer sessions held in Darmstadt (1958-61). In 1959 he founded the Studio de Musique Contemporaine in Geneva; from 1976 to 1981 was president of the ISCM.
