Erić, Zoran
Erić, Zoran, Serbian composer and teacher; b. Belgrade, Oct. 1950. He studied with Rajičič at the Belgrade Academy of Music, took specialized courses at the Orff Inst. in Salzburg, and attended Lutoslawski’s master’s course in Groznian. Erić became a prof, of composition and orchestration at the Univ. of the Arts in Belgrade, where he was vice dean from 1992 to 1998. His compositions explore music’s acoustic properties.
