Neighbors
Neighbors ★★ 1981 (R)
The Keeses (Belushi and Walker) live in a quiet, middle-class suburban neighborhood where life is calm and sweet. But their new neighbors, Ramona and Vic (Aykroyd and Moriarty), prove to be loud, obnoxious, crazy, and freeloading. Will Earl and Enid Keese mind their manners as their neighborhood disintegrates? Some funny moments, but as the script fades, so do the laughs. Belushi's last waltz is based on Thomas Berger's novel. 90m/C VHS . John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Kathryn Walker, Cathy Moriarty; D: John G. Avildsen; W: Larry Gelbart; M: Bill Conti.
