CIA agent Victoria Ellis (York) gets sent to South Korea to train with a women-only group of Army Rangers. Meanwhile, Vic's boyfriend Hart (Biehn) and his buddy Shooter (Paul) are in the demilitertized zone where Hart learns Shooter is out to steal nuclear detonators on behalf of crazy Senator Fowler (Ermey), who wants to revive the Cold War.
