Perec, Marie-Jose (1968—)

French runner. Born on May 9, 1968.

Hugely popular in France, Marie-Jose Perec won an Olympic gold medal in the 400 meters in Barcelona in 1992. She also won an Olympic gold medal in the 400 meters in Atlanta in 1996 with a time of 48.25, setting an Olympic record.
