American actress, musician, ballet and flamenco dancer. Born May 26, 1923, in Logan, UT; died Feb 27, 2003, in Woodland Hills, CA; m. Tom Poston (comedic actor), 1955 (div. 1968); children: Francesca Poston.
Starred in screen debut opposite Errol Flynn in Uncertain Glory (1944), followed by Roughly Speaking and Escape in the Desert; moved to NY to study acting and ballet; became a principal dancer for the American Ballet Theatre; played Spanish guitar and performed flamenco at Latin nightclubs and on tv; also played cello and piano.
