American conductor. Born c. 1949 in US.

Became youngest and 1st woman commander and conductor of US Air Force Band and Orchestra, Washington, DC (1990); left active duty (1991); served as 1st woman music director of US Air Force Singing Sergeants; founded National Women's Symphony, Washington, DC (1992), and serves as music director; active as guest conductor; serves as music director and conductor of La Crosse Symphony Orchestra, Wisconsin.
