Peter Facey Hoskin (blacksmith), 1842 (died 1860); m. Archibald Hood (soldier), 1862; children: (1st m.) 10; (2nd m.) 2.

Immigrated to New Zealand with family (1841); managed 1st husband's general store, providing groceries, haberdashery, and fancy goods before and after his death
