Won University World championships; won World championships (1997, 1999), Asian Games (1998) and Asian championships (2000); won a gold medal for +75kg at Sydney Olympics (2000), while smashing 3 world records and becoming the 1st woman to lift 300kg. Named IWF Best Female Weightlifter (1999).
