Canadian actress and singer. Born Marjorie Chandler, Nov 18, 1926, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada; died July 21, 1994, in Watervliet, NY; m. Raymond Scott (bandleader), 1952 (div. 1965); m. Ron Holgate, 1966 (div.); children: 3 daughters.
Was a vocalist on tv's "Your Hit Parade" (1950–57, 1958–59) and co-hosted "Candid Camera" (1960); starred in the original cast of Follies (1971), for which she was nominated for a Tony.
