At World championships, won a singles bronze medal (1929); with Ludwig Wrede, won a bronze medal for pairs at St. Moritz Olympics (1928), then a bronze medal (1928) and silver medal (1930) at World championships; performed professionally (1932–54) and coached (1932–68); moved to Philadelphia, PA (1959).
