Made film debut in Salome Where She Danced (1945); other films include Johnny Belinda, Adventures of Don Juan, The House Across the Street, Cheaper by the Dozen, All About Eve, I'd Climb the Highest Mountain, Belles on Their Toes, The Outcasts of Poker Flat, The Caddy, Rhapsody and Apache Territory.
