Psettodidae
Psettodidae (toothed flounder; subclass Actinopterygii, order Pleuronectiformes) A small family of marine flatfish that have spiny rays in the dorsal fin, which begins well back on the body. The head has a mouth with strong teeth. The eyes may be on either the left or right side of the body. There are possibly five species, found in African and Indo-Pacific waters.
