Diadematoida
Diadematoida(subclass Euechinoidea, superorder Diadematacea) An order of regular echinoids in which the ambulacra are composed of simple or compound diadematoid plates. The gill slits conspicuously notch the peristomal margin. Diadematoids first appeared in the Upper Triassic.
