Daphniphyllaceae A small family of trees in which the leaves are simple. The flowers are small, unisexual, and apetalous. The fruit is a drupe. The family is related to Magnoliaceae or Hamamelidaceae, and is often erroneously placed near Euphorbiaceae. There is 1 genus, comprising 10 species, occurring in eastern Asia and Malesia.
