Collybia (family Tricholomataceae) A genus of fungi in which the fruit body is mushroom-shaped with a convex cap, and (when young) an inrolled margin. The stipe is tough and fibrous. The spore print is white or pale-coloured. There are many species, some of which are edible, found on the ground, on rotting wood, etc.
