Kālarātri
Kālarātri (Skt., ‘the dark night’). One of a variety of names of Devī. She is a Goddess of the night personifying Time, and at the end of each age assumes the form of Mahākālī, a dark destroyer born out of the wrath of Śiva. She has tusks and wears a garland of skulls; also called Mahālaksmi, Mahāmāyā, Nidrā, Yoganidrā, etc.
