Huligammā (Kannaḍa, huli, ‘tiger’, + Dravidian, amman). One of the innumerable grāmadevatās of S. India. One major temple of the Goddess is found in Raichur, Karṇāṭaka; it is associated with a special group of devotees—impotent or malformed men.
