Crawfordsville
Crawfordsville, city (1990 pop. 13,584), seat of Montgomery co., W central Ind.; inc. 1866. It is the trading center of an agricultural and dairy region. Printing and binding and the manufacture of sheet steel are major industries. Plastic and nails, wire, and other metal products are also made. Wabash College and the Lew Wallace Study are in the city.
