Wayne's Pennsylvania Line in Virginia

WAYNE'S PENNSYLVANIA LINE IN VIRGINIA. After the reorganization following the mutiny of the Pennsylvania Line, General Anthony Wayne left York, Pennsylvania, on 26 May 1781 with the Second, Fifth, and Sixth Pennsylvania Regiments (about 1,000 infantry in all), and Proctor's Fourth Continental Artillery (6 cannon and 90 men). He joined Lafayette on 10 June 1781.
