Redgrave, Sir Steven

Redgrave, Sir Steven (1962– ) English oarsman. Redgrave won five gold medals at consecutive Olympic Games – the first athlete to achieve such a feat in an endurance event. He won gold medals for Britain in the coxed fours (1984), coxless pair (1998, 1992, 1996), and coxless fours (2000).
