Born May 22, 1961 in Chicago, IL (some sources cite Brooklyn, NY); daughter of Dick (a producer, writer, and actor) and Nancy (a teacher) Cusack; sister of John and Bill Cusack (actors) and Joan and Susie Cusack (actresses). Education: New York University, B.F.A.; studied acting at Circle in the Square Theatre Professional School, and Piven Theater & Workshop.
