Description: State-supported, 4-year, coed. Part of Ohio Board of Regents. Awards associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees (offers first 2 years of most bachelor's degree programs available at the main campus in Athens; also offers several bachelor's degree programs that can be completed at this campus and several programs exclusive to this campus; also offers some graduate programs). Founded 1946. Setting: 124-acre small town campus with easy access to Columbus. Total enrollment: 2,000. Faculty: 106 (41 full-time, 65 part-time). 775 applied, 52% were admitted. Students come from 2 states and territories, 0.3% Native American, 0.4% Hispanic, 2% black, 0.3% Asian American or Pacific Islander, 0.2% international, 35% 25 or older.
