Joseph E. Hagan Memorial Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for mortuary science school students. Focus: Mortuary science. Qualif.: Applicants must be full-time students who will be enrolled or have been accepted for enrollment in the Fall semester in programs accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education. Criteria: Applicants are evaluated by the judges from the FSF Board of Trustees based on essay submitted by them.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply: Applicants must submit all the required application information.

Key Memories Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for top-scoring mortuary science students via the Key Memories scholarship essay contest. Focus: Mortuary science. Qualif.: Applicants must be students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a mortuary science school accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education. Criteria: Applicants are judged by members of the Keystone Advisory Board and a Funeral Service Foundation representative.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 5. To Apply: Applicants must submit an essay and must complete application.

NFDA Professional Women's Conference Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for tuition and travel stipend for selected individuals who attended the National Funeral Directors Association Professional Women's Conference. Focus: Funeral service; Mortuary science. Qualif.: Applicants must be verifiably employed in funeral service or a related occupation or mortuary science school students enrolled in school accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education. Criteria: Applicants are evaluated based on answers to essay.
