Posener, Julius

Posener, Julius (1904–96). German-born architect. He moved to Paris in 1929 where he became an architectural critic for the influential journal L'architecture d'Aujourd'hui. He emigrated to Palestine in 1935, and worked in Mendelsohn's office. He was an authority on Expressionism and especially on Poelzig.
