Mixed style
Mixed style. Eclectic architectural style incorporating hybrid elements from different periods, styles, and even cultures in order to attempt the creation of a new style. Sometimes called Synthetic Eclecticism or Syncretism. Although much discussed in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, it was also a phenomenon of other periods notably during the Regency and late C19.
