Martin, Leonard
Martin, Leonard (1869–1935). English architect, he practised in London with H. J. Treadwell from 1890 to 1910, producing many elaborately modelled buildings in the West End, notably in New Bond Street and Jermyn Street. Tudor, Baroque, and Art Nouveau styles were used very freely. After Treadwell's death Martin practised on his own, designing houses in Ilchester Place, Kensington, and many other places.
