Harvard architecture

Harvard architecture. The work of architects trained in Bauhaus principles by Gropius and Breuer at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design in the 1940s and 1950s. Its practitioners included E. L. Barnes, Philip Johnson, I. M. Pei, and Paul Rudolph, who promoted Modernism throughout the USA.
