trabeculoplasty (tră-bek-yoo-loh-plasti) n. a method used to selectively destroy parts of the trabecular meshwork (see trabeculectomy) and hence reduce intraocular pressure in the treatment of glaucoma. This may be achieved by means of a laser (argon laser t.).
