Health Service Ombudsman
Health Service Ombudsman n. an official, responsible to Parliament, who is appointed to protect the interests of patients in relation to administration of and provision of health care by the National Health Service. The Ombudsman can investigate complaints about health authorities, trusts, and practitioners.
