cystoplasty (sis-toh-plasti) n. the operation of enlarging the capacity of the bladder by incorporating a segment of bowel. clam c. an operation in which the bladder is cut across longitudinally from one side of the neck to the other side through the dome (fundus) of the bladder and a length of ileum or colon is inserted as a patch.
