In addition to working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, she previously owned a gym and has contributed various articles on fitness to a range of magazines. Her book YogaBand: An Exciting and Challenging New Yoga Workout offers a challenging workout routine that Wolfe created based on more than a decade of experience in the fitness field. The goal of the workout is to enable the exerciser to build muscle tone, increase flexibility, and reduce stress using special exercise bands for added resistance and aid positioning. Wolfe includes a brief explanation of the origins of each exercise prior to explaining the exercises themselves. She also includes tips on preparing to do the routine, including safety information, breathing exercises, and advice on things to keep in mind when performing any form of exercise. Elaine M. Lasda remarked in a review for Library Journal that "Wolfe touches on the relaxation portion, but her emphasis is on yoga's physical fitness aspects." A contributor to Small Press Bookwatch called the book "a welcome and highly recommended addition to personal and professional yoga exercise program reference collections."
